May 10, 2025: After the spectacular start in the heart of Tuscany, the wonders of the Maremma and the Etruscan Coast provided the backdrop for the second day, a journey through lands rich in history, culture, and centuries-old traditions. Departing from the Gallia Palace Beach Golf Spa Resort in Punta Ala, the route passed through some of the region’s most enchanting spots, offering an unforgettable experience of breathtaking landscapes, historic villages, and natural beauty.
In the first part of the route, participants reached the Grosseto military airbase, home of the 4th Fighter Wing. From there, they continued toward Manciano.
The rally truly came alive with the discovery of Orbetello, nestled between sea and lagoon—a corner of the Maremma offering unique views of pristine nature and the migratory paths of flamingos. Continuing along the coast, crews arrived in Porto Santo Stefano, in the heart of Monte Argentario, a promontory overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, known for its marina and vibrant maritime traditions, with spectacular scenery and lively port life.
The stage concluded on the seafront of Castiglione della Pescaia, warmly welcomed by an enthusiastic crowd.
The crew of Thor Geir Ramleth and Oliver Ramleth, from the Retro Rally Group team driving a Jaguar XK 120 Alloy, achieved the highest score, the result of three skill trials held throughout the day.
