April 19, 2025: For its 15th edition, the Terre di Canossa Rally 2025 offers participants a unique opportunity to explore lands rich in history, travelling along roads that still bear the enduring traces of the ancient Etruscan civilization. The route, divided into captivating stages, winds through historic towns and landscapes that tell the story of millennia of culture, from the rolling Tuscan hills to the Tyrrhenian coast.
Starting in Marina di Punta Ala, participants will be surrounded by landscapes that evoke the mystery of Etruscan origins. The first day includes stops in locations such as Massa Marittima and Volterra -the latter being a flourishing Etruscan center that still preserves the charm of its historic frescoes and the grandeur of its bell tower, which overlooks endless vistas and stands as a testament to a vibrant cultural era.
As the rally continues, the hills of Val d’Elsa and Val d’Orcia unveil scenes where lush nature blends with echoes of a glorious past. Here, the Etruscan legacy lives on in art, architecture, and local traditions, creating a unique and evocative environment.
The highlight of this time-traveling journey, curated by Canossa Events, occurs on the third day when the route unfolds along the famed Etruscan Coast. Amid ancient settlements and thousand-year-old ruins, the final stop at “Cantina Petra“, located in the heart of Val di Cornia, symbolizes the perfect fusion of nature and culture. It offers participants a chance to truly appreciate how Etruscan heritage has shaped Italian identity.
The Terre di Canossa Rally is more than just a motorsport event; it is a true festival celebrating taste, art, and history. Guests are invited to rediscover the ancient civilizations that made Tuscany a crossroads of cultures and traditions, enjoying an experience that blends competitive spirit with the enchantment of the lands it explores.
